I'm unable to connect to my VPS after an OS reinstallation. Could you please help me out?

My VPS has only 1 IP which is universally unreachable. I've tried with many connections, VPNs, and others.

If rebooting were the solution there problem would've been fixed last night itself.

The problem is that somehow my IP isn't being linked to my VPS. Could be a broken template, I dunno, and it's a server-side problem.

Please have a look at the network and the status of this IP in the pool.

We are able to connect, so there is no issue from our server. If I was not able to connect then it was but I have no issues. Since when did it caused? What was your last day that you connected?

Can't be that all OS are facing the same problem. I've reinstalled the OS thrice since yesterday. And no, sshd is up and running.

I see that you have not enter the correct IP address. You IP address is 5.253.86.49 instead of 185. I checked with ports and that port on this IP is open. So it was not the server error but your own fault. I sent your password inside a ticket.

Sorry to say but it wan't my fault. My dashboard still shows the wrong IP. Something is mis-configured for sure. Check the screenshot.
